Use case

Paste the call, get the proposal

Draftd reads the transcript of your sales or discovery call and writes a proposal built on what the client told you: their problem, their numbers and what they want to be true in six months. It quotes your services at your prices, and you edit it before it goes anywhere.

  • Works with Otter, Fireflies, Fathom, Rev or any text export
  • A full draft in about a minute
  • Quotes your prices as you set them

The problem

The client told you everything. Then you started from a blank page

The best lines get lost

The client said exactly why this matters to them, and by the time you write it up you are working from three bullet points in a notebook.

The transcript sits unread

Your recorder caught all forty minutes. Nobody has time to read it back, so it does nothing for the proposal.

Generic proposals lose

A proposal that could have gone to any client gives this one no reason to pick you over the next quote.

What it does

From transcript to signed proposal

Straight from the call

Paste the text from Otter, Fireflies, Fathom, Rev or anything else that exports it. The draft picks out the problem, the stakes and the outcome the client described, then argues from them.

Your prices, as written

It is instructed to quote the services and prices you have set up, exactly as written, so the fee section matches your rate card rather than a guess.

Written in your voice

Your tone and your banned words go into every draft, so it reads like you followed up personally rather than like a summary of a recording.

Edit anything, regenerate nothing

Rewrite a section, ask for one more paragraph about something they mentioned or drag the fee above the method. Nothing else regenerates.

Signed in the browser

Send it as a link in your branding. The client reads it, signs it there and you see the signature land.

What you would send

Proposals that start from a call

Any call that ends with “send me something” can become the first draft.

  • Website rebuild after a discovery call
  • Sales process review from a Fathom recording
  • Fractional CFO engagement, two options
  • Coaching programme for a leadership team
  • IT support contract after a site visit

How it works

From the call to the deposit, in one link

What actually happens, in order, from the first brief to the money arriving.

01

Tell it about your business

Your services and prices, your tone and the words you never use. Ten minutes, once, and it is the difference between a document that sounds like you and one that sounds like everybody.

02

Write the document

Paste a call transcript or answer a short brief, pick a structure, and a full draft comes back in about a minute. Edit anything. Nothing is locked.

03

Send it from you

The client gets a link to a page in your branding. Replies come to you, and you see when it is opened and how often.

04

They sign in the browser

No account and no printer. They choose a package if you offered more than one, type their name and sign, and you get an email the moment they do.

05

The deposit is paid on the same page

By card straight into your Stripe account, or by bank transfer. The rest of the payments, and any retainer, are tracked in Cashflow until they arrive.

Questions

Questions about proposals from transcripts

Which transcription tools does it work with?

Any that let you copy or export the text: Otter, Fireflies, Fathom, Rev, the transcript from your video call or your own notes. You paste it in. There is no connection to set up.

Does it make things up that the client did not say?

It writes from the transcript, your services and your voice settings. It is instructed to quote your prices exactly. Read it as you would a colleague’s draft: every section is yours to edit, and nothing reaches the client until you press send.

What if I did not record the call?

Answer a short brief instead: the problem, the outcome they want, the timeline and the fee. The proposal is written from that.

Can I keep my usual proposal layout?

Yes. Save any document as a structure, with the writing kept in sections that never change, such as your terms and method. The transcript fills in the rest.

What does a proposal from a transcript cost?

Plans start at £19 a month, with 14 days free and AI credit included. A draft costs a few pence of model time from that credit, or nothing extra if you use your own API key.
