Draftd product

Every document looks like it came from you

Draftd puts your logo, colours and fonts on the page the client reads, the PDF and every email. Emails carry your name and replies come to you. On Scale, emails can come from your own domain, documents can live on your own domain and the Draftd name comes off entirely.

  • Your logo, colours, fonts and cover colour
  • Emails in your name, with replies to you
  • Own domains and no Draftd name on Scale

The problem

Your proposal should not look like your software

Template look

The client has seen that layout before, on somebody else’s proposal, and it shows.

Mail from a stranger

An email from an address the client does not know looks like a notification and gets read like one.

Two businesses, one look

You trade under more than one name and every document comes out in the same colours.

What it does

What you can brand, and on which plan

Looks like yours

Your logo, colours, fonts and cover colour on a theme that does not look like a template, on the page, in the PDF and in every email.

Emails that come from you

Out of the box, emails go from Draftd’s address under your brand name, and replies go straight to you. Edit the wording of each one or switch it off.

Growth and Scale

More than one brand

Starter has 1 brand, Growth has 3 and Scale has as many as you need. Each has its own look, and you choose one per document.

Scale

Sent from your own domain

Scale only. Add two DNS records and emails come from your own address rather than Draftd’s.

Scale

Documents on your own domain

Scale only. The client opens proposals.yourbusiness.com rather than a Draftd address.

Scale

Without our name

Scale only. The Draftd name comes off every document and every email, so the client only ever sees you.

In the app

What your client actually opens

Your logo, your colours and your type on a page of its own, with the PDF and the signature at the top. This one belongs to a demo studio.

A proposal as the client sees it, in the agency’s own branding, with Download PDF and Accept and Sign at the top.

What you would send

Where your brand shows

The client sees your brand at every step, from the first email to the receipt.

  • The email that sends the proposal
  • The proposal page the client signs
  • The PDF they forward to finance
  • The payment request and the receipt
  • A second brand for a sister business

How it works

From the call to the deposit, in one link

What actually happens, in order, from the first brief to the money arriving.

01

Tell it about your business

Your services and prices, your tone and the words you never use. Ten minutes, once, and it is the difference between a document that sounds like you and one that sounds like everybody.

02

Write the document

Paste a call transcript or answer a short brief, pick a structure, and a full draft comes back in about a minute. Edit anything. Nothing is locked.

03

Send it from you

The client gets a link to a page in your branding. Replies come to you, and you see when it is opened and how often.

04

They sign in the browser

No account and no printer. They choose a package if you offered more than one, type their name and sign, and you get an email the moment they do.

05

The deposit is paid on the same page

By card straight into your Stripe account, or by bank transfer. The rest of the payments, and any retainer, are tracked in Cashflow until they arrive.

Questions

Questions about branding

Whose address do the emails come from?

On Starter and Growth, from Draftd’s address with your brand name on them, and replies go to you. On Scale, you can send from your own domain instead.

Can I put documents on my own domain?

On Scale, yes, for example proposals.yourbusiness.com. On other plans documents are on a Draftd address, in your branding.

Can I remove the Draftd name?

On Scale. It comes off every document and every email. On Starter and Growth the Draftd name stays on them.

How many brands can I have?

Starter has 1, Growth has 3 and Scale is unlimited. Each brand has its own logo, colours and fonts, and you choose which one a document wears.

What does it cost?

Branding with your logo, colours and fonts starts at £19 a month. The white label items need Scale at £59 a month. Every plan has 14 days free.
