Draftd product
A first draft that already sounds like you
Draftd writes the whole document from a meeting transcript or a short brief, in your tone and at the prices you set. You get a full draft in about a minute, then edit it section by section. Nothing goes to a client until you press send.
- Written from the call or a four-line brief
- Instructed to quote your prices exactly
- Edit one paragraph without touching the rest
The problem
Writing the document is the slowest part of winning the work
The blank page after the call
You know what the client needs. Turning that into eight tidy sections still takes an evening.
Generic tools sound generic
A chatbot draft reads like everybody else’s, guesses at the price and needs rewriting from the top.
One fix means starting again
Ask most tools to change a paragraph and they rewrite the whole thing, including the parts you had already got right.
What it does
How Draftd writes, and how you stay in charge of it
Straight from the call
Paste the transcript from Otter, Fireflies, Fathom, Rev or anything that exports text. Or answer a short brief: the problem, the outcome, the timeline and the fee.
Written in your voice
Set your tone once, the spelling you use and a list of words you never want to see. Every draft is written to it, so you are editing rather than rewriting.
Your prices, as written
Your services, tiers and payment terms go into every draft. It is instructed to quote them exactly as you set them, and you check every figure before it is sent.
Structures you can keep
Pick one of nine structures or save your own from any document. Keep the writing in sections that never change, and a document built that way needs no brief and no AI charge.
Edit anything, regenerate nothing
Rewrite, reorder or delete any section. Ask for one paragraph, table or chart at the cursor, or describe a new section and have it written. The rest of the document stays as it was.
Bring your own AI key
Every plan starts with AI credit, and a document costs pence of model time at cost plus a small margin. Or bring your own API key and pay nothing extra to Draftd.
What you would send
What it writes
The same writing works across all four kinds of document, each with its own job to do.
- Proposal drafted from a discovery call
- Audit with findings ranked by what matters
- Statement of work for phase two
- Monthly report on what moved and what is next
- Three-option proposal from a short brief
How it works
From the call to the deposit, in one link
What actually happens, in order, from the first brief to the money arriving.
Tell it about your business
Your services and prices, your tone and the words you never use. Ten minutes, once, and it is the difference between a document that sounds like you and one that sounds like everybody.
Write the document
Paste a call transcript or answer a short brief, pick a structure, and a full draft comes back in about a minute. Edit anything. Nothing is locked.
Send it from you
The client gets a link to a page in your branding. Replies come to you, and you see when it is opened and how often.
They sign in the browser
No account and no printer. They choose a package if you offered more than one, type their name and sign, and you get an email the moment they do.
The deposit is paid on the same page
By card straight into your Stripe account, or by bank transfer. The rest of the payments, and any retainer, are tracked in Cashflow until they arrive.
Which plan
From £19 a month, free for 14 days
Writing is not limited on any plan; sends are. Starter comes with £10 of AI credit, which covers a lot of drafts. Growth (£39 a month) adds people and £25 of credit.
Questions
Questions about AI writing
Which AI writes the documents?
Claude, made by Anthropic. Draftd gives it your services and prices, your voice settings, the structure you picked and the transcript or brief for this client, and it writes the document from that.
Will it get my prices right?
It is instructed to quote your services and prices exactly as you set them and to keep to your payment terms. You read and edit everything before it is sent, so check the figures as you would any draft.
Can I change one part without losing the rest?
Yes. Rewrite a section yourself, ask for one paragraph, table or chart at the cursor or describe a new section and have it written. None of it regenerates the document, and undo and version history are there if you change your mind.
What transcripts can I use?
Anything that exports text: Otter, Fireflies, Fathom, Rev or your own notes. If there was no call, answer a short brief with the problem, the outcome, the timeline and the fee.
What does the AI cost?
Every plan starts with AI credit, from £10 on Starter. A document costs pence of model time, billed at cost plus a small margin, or use your own API key and pay nothing extra to Draftd. Plans start at £19 a month after 14 days free.
