Draftd for coaches

Let them choose the programme as they sign

Draftd writes your coaching proposal from the chemistry call, in your voice and at your package prices. The client reads it on a page in your branding, chooses three months or six, signs and sets up their monthly payment without leaving the page.

  • Your packages side by side, chosen at signing
  • Monthly payment plans charged by card
  • Written the way you talk to clients

The problem

The chemistry call is the easy part

Talking money feels awkward

You would rather the client saw the options in writing than hear you list prices at the end of a warm conversation.

A yes by email is not a start date

They say they are in. Then there is an agreement to send, a payment link to find and a first session that keeps moving.

Monthly plans mean monthly admin

Splitting a programme into payments is kind to the client and a chore for you, one invoice and one reminder at a time.

What it does

What Draftd does for a coaching practice

Written in your voice

Tell it how you speak to clients and the words you never use. The proposal reads like the person they just met on the call, not like a sales page.

Let them choose a package

Put a three month and a six month programme side by side, or add a version with extra sessions. The client chooses one as they sign and the price follows.

Retainers that bill themselves

Offer the programme as a monthly plan. The client enters their card once and Stripe charges it each month into your own account.

The deposit, on the spot

Prefer a first payment up front? Split the fee your way and the client pays the first part on the page they just signed.

Emails that come from you

Every email carries your name and branding, and replies come to you. Change the wording of each one so it sounds like you.

Structures you can keep

Save the proposal that works, with your approach and your coaching agreement already written, and start the next client from it.

What you would send

The documents a coach sends

From the first proposal to the review that turns a three month client into a twelve month one.

  • One-to-one leadership coaching proposal
  • Executive coaching, three or six months
  • Team coaching for three new managers
  • Coaching agreement and scope
  • Mid-programme progress review

How it works

From the call to the deposit, in one link

What actually happens, in order, from the first brief to the money arriving.

01

Tell it about your business

Your services and prices, your tone and the words you never use. Ten minutes, once, and it is the difference between a document that sounds like you and one that sounds like everybody.

02

Write the document

Paste a call transcript or answer a short brief, pick a structure, and a full draft comes back in about a minute. Edit anything. Nothing is locked.

03

Send it from you

The client gets a link to a page in your branding. Replies come to you, and you see when it is opened and how often.

04

They sign in the browser

No account and no printer. They choose a package if you offered more than one, type their name and sign, and you get an email the moment they do.

05

The deposit is paid on the same page

By card straight into your Stripe account, or by bank transfer. The rest of the payments, and any retainer, are tracked in Cashflow until they arrive.

Which plan

From £19 a month, free for 14 days

Questions

Questions from coaches

Can clients pay monthly?

Yes. Set the programme up as a monthly amount and the client adds their card when they sign. Stripe charges it each month into your own account. You can also split a fixed fee into instalments and take the first on signing.

The company is paying, not the person I coach. Does that work?

Yes. A document can be addressed to several people, so the coachee and the person who holds the budget can both be named on the cover and in the To line.

Will it sound like me?

It writes from what you give it: your packages and prices, your tone, the words you never use and your notes from the call. You edit every section before it goes, and nothing reaches a client until you press send.

Will Draftd remind clients about payments?

No. Draftd sends nothing on its own. Monthly plans are charged by Stripe, and for anything outstanding you can press Ask for it in Cashflow to email the client a link to pay by card.

What does it cost?

Plans start at £19 a month, with 14 days free and AI credit to start. Writing a proposal costs a few pence of AI time from that credit, or you can use your own API key.
